Our role
China Car Assist is a service network. We review requests and introduce drivers to independent partner workshops. We do not carry out repairs ourselves.
The repair contract
The repair agreement, the quote and the invoice are between the driver and the partner workshop. Prices and warranties are set by the workshop.
Workshop obligations
Partner workshops must keep their profile accurate, respond to assigned requests, and respect the confidentiality of driver data.
Technical assistance and parts sourcing
Technical guidance and sourcing options are provided in good faith as support. The workshop remains responsible for the diagnosis and the repair it performs.
Acceptable use
Accounts must not be shared, and platform data must not be extracted for other commercial purposes.
